CARGO SHIELD / INFORMATION
Request & service terms
Pre-launch working document. Full operator details, processing terms and final commercial terms will be completed before public launch.
An enquiry, not a confirmed booking
Submitting this form creates a nonbinding request. It does not guarantee an escort, a price, vehicle availability or a departure time. Cargo Shield reviews each request and provides an individual quotation.
Individual arrangements
The scope, route, timing, number of vehicles, reporting, documentation and commercial conditions are agreed separately before an escort is confirmed. International services depend on availability and applicable local requirements.
Accurate information
Please provide complete and accurate route and contact information, including the local pickup time and time zone. Notify Cargo Shield promptly if details change.
Documentation and reporting
Photography, cargo information and CMR documentation are handled according to agreed instructions and only where permitted. Operational updates are recorded manually by the authorized team and are available in the private portal.
Operational flexibility
24/7 flexibility refers to departures and operations arranged individually. It is not a promise of a permanently staffed dispatch desk or immediate availability.
