Cookies & local storage
Only essential functionality
This version does not include analytics, advertising trackers or third-party map embeds. Public browsing and the request form do not set advertising cookies.
Portal sign-in
The protected operations area uses essential authentication cookies to maintain a signed-in user session and protect access. The session is limited in time and can be ended by signing out.
Form progress
Form progress is kept in memory while you use the request flow. It is not written to browser localStorage. Reloading or closing the page can clear an unfinished request.
